    If you are hunting a company to print your digital book try looking at
    If you follow the rules you can get your book printed for a very nominal fee. I’m talking less than two hundred. They will upload to digital for another 69 dollars. The work is great. Good royalties, and good service at the company by people who are there 24-7.

      Thanks James. I follow quite a few threads on LinkedIn and Createspace seems to be the most recommended, Lulu a close second.
