Word Count Wednesday: 17 Nov 2021

Good morning. Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?

Having had a six-day work week (three deadlines) and a day off to blitz my house (much needed for my sanity), I have another zero this past week (last Wednesday to last night). I was only ever aiming for 1,000 words a day this month and if I don’t get an average of that it’s okay. I’m not giving myself a hard time. It’s not like I’m doing nothing all day (or ever!). I will get back to writing, I’ve simply had to prioritise other things but that will change.

Do leave a comment below to share your progress, successes and otherwise, and of course anything else that’s happened to you, writing related, over the past seven days.

    Hi Morgen
Sometimes life just has to take priority over our other loves. I hope you can return to your writing soon. I am participating in the Flash Nano for November, 1 flash fiction per day in response to the challenge. 16 stories done.
I am wondering when would be a suitable time to claim some editing and critiquing prizes?
No hurry for me, but I know you are so busy.
    Cheers
