Good morning. Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?
Another crazy week; I ended up with a (faint) positive Covid result so I’ve been home alone, with my dog, working through my food and drink supplies. It could have meant writing but I have two novels to get back this week so I’ve been working on them. My next deadline’s June so fingers crossed I’ll have time to do some writing especially as both houses (mine and my mum’s) are up for sale so little sorting to do until I have to move.
Do leave a comment below to share your progress, successes and otherwise, and of course anything else that’s happened to you, writing related, over the past seven days.
Poor you, I hope you feel better soon. Puppy love is a great cure-all though!
Writing wise, I am delighted to have written my first blog post in a couple of weeks. It’s a monster, as I had a bit of bringing-up-to-speed to do after a haitus. Like you, life had taken over a bit…
It’s good to get back to writing after the hootenanny of a book launch; memoir No 5 It Never Rains But It Paws – A Road Trip Through Politics And A Pandemic was released on 6th May, so publicity has been keeping me busy. Instagram is quite new to me, and I have never used Twitter, so I’ve had a technoligical Big Bang in the last week!
Best of luck with all your sorting, deadlines, and house sales!

That’s brilliant. Congrats on the new publication. I don’t envy you social media but I know it has to be done. I’m in the UK and we’ve had nice weather so inspiring to put pen to paper. Best wishes for your new ‘baby’!
