Good morning. Yes, it’s that time of the week again.

Another zero for me. Good intentions and all that but it wasn’t to be. Hopefully next time.

Good morning. Yes, it’s that time of the week again already.

After a bit of time off (unfortunately not writing) I’ve been back at work, only returning to my monologues at gone seven last night but I still managed a decent 1,381 words. It’ll be a mix of work work and my own novel/s so I hope to have a better count next week.

Good morning. Uh oh, it’s that time of the week again.

I’ve been… er, not sure what I’ve been as I was only out for Christmas lunch so have an overstuffed zero this week. Could do better… as they say on school reports (‘good effort’ on many of mine!).

Good morning. Yes, it’s that time of the week again.

Unfortunately I’ve been work working again so have another zero word count. As soon as work finishes for Christmas, I’ll be doing the final edits (back from my editor, Caroline Vincent ) on two of the upcoming Rachel Cavanagh Henry Houdini dog detective short spin-offs for release hopefully before the end of this year.

Good morning. Oh dear. Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?

I’ve been work working (editing) so have a big fat zero words this week (last Wednesday to last night). I should have something for next Wednesday as I hope to finish work well before Christmas. We still have a week and a bit so I shall keep everything crossed. 🙂

Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?

I’ve been continuing with ‘Henry Goes to the Cinema’ and have written 5,372 words this past week (last Wednesday to last night). Not quite the 7,000 I was hoping for (see my 1k a day posts) but that’s okay. I had a work work deadline of yesterday so spent the weekend work working. 🙂

Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?

I’m delighted to say that I finished NaNoWriMo (a mere 45 words over but hey) and have written 20,625 words this past week (last Wednesday to last night).

While I won’t be doing an average of 1,667 words a day I will aim for 1,000 and actually wrote the first 1,716 words of ‘Henry Goes to the Cinema’, the fourth in my Rachel Cavanagh / Henry Houdini dog detective short spin-offs yesterday afternoon/evening.

The first is available (.99!) on Amazon but the second and third were part of this year’s NaNo so will hopefully be coming to your (computer/kindle) screens this side of Christmas, after Caroline has pulled them apart and I’ve gone through them (with sticky tape!) thereafter.

Yes, it’s that time of the week again. How have you been getting on?

I’ve been cracking on with NaNoWriMo. Taking a break from the monologues, I’ve finished the second (14+k of a 19k total: ‘Henry Goes To A Barbecue’) and a chunk (7+k) of the third (‘Henry and the Lawyer’) in my Rachel Cavanagh / Henry Houdini dog detective short spin-offs which I’m really enjoying. So a total of 21,963 words this past week (last Wednesday to last night). If only every week!

NaNoWriMo finishes next Monday so I hope for another healthy week (currently 12k behind, which is okay).
