The Archangel Jarahmael and The War to Conquer Heaven In The Beginning
Synopsis: The first book from new author John J. Higgins. “In The Beginning” explains the formation of the initial creation of the Heavens, the Simians, Lillith and Adam told from the perspective of the Almighty and his nine orders of Angels. A refreshing new look creatively and in depth of love, jealousy, intimidation and discord. A question that still resonates today why is ultimate love not enough, why is living in a utopia created for you to live and the ability to have everything you want not enough. How can the perfect plan presented to a group be viewed so differently that it will cause division, confusion and ultimately deception amongst “family.” The “foundation” book to expound this legendary story that on many levels mimics today’s society. Review
I ordered this book because the cover, the blurb seduced me. I am also drawn to a great love story, you can not achieve a more enchanting apologue than one based on the beautiful celestial winged creatures we know as Angels. I was not disappointed. I understand there are going to be more books in the series. The details incorporated with fabulous writing makes you feel like you are watching the story unfold instead of reading it.
The author, John J. Higgins obviously realized a firm foundation had to be established to support a series of books. Many times when authors are setting the scene for a multi-book story, the initial book will seem more like an outline for other books to come. John Higgins uniquely created a foundation and at the same time allowed the story to escalate -so I never felt like I was reading what was going to happen in future books I wanted to know what was going to happen on the next page! The vivid descriptions of the angels, the heavens, the earth captivates your mind allowing you to picture the authors words. Fascinating how each group interacts with the “Almighty” and each other.
The groundwork for an exceptional series. You are lured to take a seat as an observer. I developed an adoration for those who’s soul is destined for goodness, abhorrence for the deceitful. At one point my body was screaming in exaltation YES! YES! The charm, the devotion, the detestation will fly you with the angels. Next book PLEASE!”

Thank you, Cindi. “Next book please” is something every author would love to hear.
Cindi is a freelance writing for various avenues. She has been reviewing music for 30 years but this is her first book review, because, she says, “I thought it was magnificently written and a fresh outlook on creation.”
Cindi resides in North Carolina, is a mother of two grown boys, and works as an Organ Coordinator for a transplant company. She very often says that she works with Heroes and Angels. The Angels are the people who have left this earth, and the Heroes are their loved ones that, at the worse moment of their life, losing a loved one, think of what they could donate to make someone else’s life better. Love at its best.
Cindi is a freelance writer and as well as her music reviews, she has had articles printed in a variety of magazines. She is currently working on a book, and writes poetry and songs.
